HOW TO GUARANTEE HAVING A SPACE FOR AS MANY SHOWS
AS YOU LIKE 

At the request of many of the vendors who could not rent space in 2009 because shows were sold out, the following policy was created:

Vendors who wish to guarantee having a space for several or all shows may leave a deposit of $200.  

Here’s how it works:
You may reserve space in advance for as many shows as you like  in 2010.

The $200 deposit is applied to your last show of the year.

One week before each show you would make payment in full for that show only.

You would be able to cancel any show with no obligation providing we still have space available; in other words, once we turn away one other vendor because we are sold out you may not cancel your reservation for that particular show.

HOW TO PAY YOUR RENT
You may rent space by mailing your payment or calling with a credit card.

Credit card payments are made by calling 516-442-6000. 
3% processing fee for credit card transactions.
