HOLIDAY CRAFT & GIFT SHOW
November 20-December 31

Vendor Rental Rates:

(A) 17 Day Discount Package $2,400
      November 26-28, December 3-5, 10-12, 17-24
      On sale now. $200 non-refundable deposit required.

(B)  29 Day Discount Package $3,500
      Every day November 26-December 24 $3,500
      On sale now. $200 non-refundable deposit required.

(C)  40 Day Full Show Discount Package $3,900
      Every day November 20-December 31
      On sale now. $200 non-refundable deposit required.

(D)  Unsold individual days will go on sale November 1 at the following rates:
      November 20-21 $125 for each day
      November 22-24 $75 for each day or $200 total for all 3 days
      November 26-28 $150 for each day
      November 29-December 2 $100 for each day or $350 total for all 4 days
      December 3-5 $150 for each day
      December 6-9 $100 for each day or $350 total for all 4 days
      December 10-24 $150 for each day
      December 26-31 $100 for each day or $450 total for all 6 days
     
VENDOR INSPECTION TOUR
On Wednesday, November 17 at 12 noon any vendor having an interest in participating in the 2010 Holiday Craft & Gift Show at the Sunrise Mall will have the opportunity to meet with management at the mall to view all available spaces.
The Inspection Tour will start at Starbucks in the middle of the Mall's first floor.
Please call 516-442-6000 if you cannot find the tour when you arrive.

First choice of space location will be given to vendors renting the 40 day package;
Second choice of space location will be given to vendors renting the 29 day package;
Third choice of space location will be given to vendors renting the 19 day package;
Fourth choice of space location will be given to vendors renting 2 or more days who have previously participated in this show.
     
YEAR ROUND RENTALS
With the exception of the Mother's Day and Holiday Shows, at any time throughout the year you may rent space for 2 or more consecutive days.
Any 2 days $240.
Any 3 days $320.
Add $100 for each additional day.
Monthly Rental Rate:
$1,400 total for any month except November 20-December 31.
Your month of selling can start at any time during the month, not necessarily the 1st of the month.

Space reservations must be made 3 business days before the first day you sell.
For example, if you are going to begin selling on Thursday you must reserve your space by Monday.
If you're going to begin selling on Friday you must reserve your space by Tuesday.

25 spaces are available throughout the first and second floors of the mall.
All spaces are the same price, ranging in size from 6x7 to 10x8 to 10x10.
Flexible, personalized installment payment plans are available.
Electricity is available at most spaces for no extra charge.
Space is assigned on a first -paid basis.
For monthly renters, based on availability, official Mall Carts may be used for no extra charge.

Items not listed above may be required to be removed from your display.
Items to be sold are subject to Craft Show and Mall management approval.
As a general rule, 'buy-sell' sterling silver and gold jewelry are prohibited.

Vendor applications are subject to the approval of management.
Deposits are fully refunded if your application is rejected.
